Shine Machinery has signed a contract in beginning of June 2023 with one of the famous groups in Romania. This project, which will be a new investment for wood panel production in their group. The director looked for Shine Machinery around March 2023, and our sales representative served the customer with assisting their needs and detailed requirements. The customer concerned more concepts about the technologies, our sale representative guided the customer with each patented & specific technology and its features & advantages.

The Vertical Veneer Dryer manufactured from Shine has successfully completed the trial operation at the client's factory in Myanmar, and has been officially put into production. In October 2023, the client placed an order for five vertical veneer dryer for using in their small-scale factory production.

There are two traditional heat sources for the veneer dryer, namely, steam boiler and thermal oil heater. The advantages using these two heat sources are one machine can provide heat for more than one veneer dryer. Typically, in a large plywood plant, one big capacity steam boiler or thermal oil heater can supply sufficient heat to several veneer dryers, hot press machines, etc. Only one heat source or heat energy center is enough. The disadvantage is the operation cost will be very high like the fuel cost.

The biomass burner is the exclusive patent invented by Shine Machinery in China. It can burn all kinds of waste wood directly to reduce the fuel cost to the most. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low fuel consumption and energy saving. Compared to steam boiler or heat conduction oil boiler dryer, the drying cost of the biomass burner is the lowest.
