With the heating support by 6Ton Biomass Burner, the 2 deck 56m roller veneer dryer can hit the dyring output at 90m3/day. Both dry and wet waste wood can be burned as the fuel, which it greatly reduced the drying cost.

The smoke and dust generated by the combustion of waste wood chips also are first precipitated in the biomass burner, then in the flue and heat exchanger, and finally collected by the dust removal box located at both ends of the veneer dryer. After three stages of dust removal, the smoke emitted into the air is clean and environmentally friendly. Shine heat exchanger adopts progressive heat exchange. The specifications of each section of the heat exchanger are different, and the hot air in the heat exchanger can be evenly distributed to the veneer.
