SHINE Machinery, received praise from Myanmar customers!

The vertical veneer dryer manufactured from Shine has successfully completed the trial operation at the client's factory in Myanmar, and has been officially put into production. In October 2023, the client placed an order for five vertical Veneer Dryer for using in their small-scale factory production. Each dryer has a daily output of over 30 cubic meters, completely replacing the client's reliance on natural sun drying, greatly solved the problem of inability to deliver goods on rainy days. 

The overall power consumption of the vertical dryer is 34 kilowatts per hour, equipped with an integrated combustion furnace, consuming approximately 150 kilograms of waste wood per hour at a lower combustion cost. If the client requires alternative heat sources such as steam or thermal oil, Shine can customize according to their needs. The small vertical veneer dryer occupies a footprint of only 20 meters in length, greatly saving space and proving to be a boon for small-scale factories.
