How does a veneer dryer work？

Core veneer dryer principle is the core veneer in the upper and lower two pieces of coiler under the clamping preheating drying, coiler through the steam or heat conduction oil heating to transfer the temperature to the core veneer, high temperature coiler and wet core veneer direct contact, high thermal efficiency, heat loss is small, the core veneer is heated uniformly, the wood shrinkage of the benign physical process of evaporation, so the core veneer after drying the moisture content of the uniformity of the wood, the wood colour and lustre, inside and outside of the same, will not produce cracking, bending, deformation.

Core veneer drying machine through the role of waste wood combustion to make the veneer itself as a whole heat, can be solved in the drying process of the temperature gradient and moisture content gradient. The temperature of the wood as a whole is basically the same. The moisture is discharged from the inside out at the same time so that the expansion and contraction coefficient of the wood is basically the same, so that the wood in the drying process can be greatly avoided deformation, cracking, drying, carbonisation and other losses, which can improve the timber yield.

Veneer dryer operation process:

      1. Open the feeding door of veneer dryer and put the dehydrated wood on the platform.

      2. Choose a suitable time and turn the timing knob to the desired position.

      3. Press the start or drying button to start the rotating drum and extractor fan for normal drying work (during the drying process, you should often observe the dried wood from the observation window, and cut off the power supply as soon as an accident occurs). Stop the machine immediately when it breaks down, find out the cause of the fault and remove it in time.
