How to improve the drying speed of veneer dryer?
1. Experienced users know that when using the dryer, the speed limit of the drum is not very low, which can improve the contact number of materials and hot air, thereby improving the drying efficiency of the dryer.
2. The combination of countercurrent dryer drying should be used to avoid some water vapor that can not be discharged in time and the running distance is too long in a single dryer drying method.
3. A set of anti-slip support wheel should be installed on the main machine in the drum to fix the dryer, and the main machine should maintain a certain tilt Angle to avoid installing the dryer in the tilted form of the main machine with high inlet end and low far fire end.
4. According to the actual production needs of dry raw materials, the material lifting device can be reasonably increased inside the veneer dryer to increase the heating area of the material and improve the heat exchange conditions, so as to increase the output.
5. The size of the material is also a factor restricting the drying efficiency. The drying time of large materials will be lengthened and the particle size of raw materials entering the dryer will be reduced.
6. If the general conditions permit, our raw materials need to be dehydrated before drying. It will reduce the moisture entering the raw material of the dryer, thus effectively improving the drying efficiency.
7. Under the premise of not affecting the nature of the material to be dried and ensuring the normal use of the equipment, the flue gas temperature and airflow speed should be increased as far as possible.
