Because the single board dryer is a long and large equipment, it is necessary to install the single board dryer in a correct sequence and method. The correct installation process is as follows:

1. Draw the base line: make the cross line and elevation line correctly on the base plate. The burying of the center plate should be easy to use, accurate and not be covered after the installation of the base.

2, installation base and tugboat: level the pad iron position, draw the base, the center line of the tug, according to the requirements of the drawings, find the installation position of the base and the tug, adjust the level, the foundation hole grouting first, when the concrete reaches a certain strength, tighten the anchor bolts, after the review is qualified, the single board dryer, and then install the cylinder.

3. Install barrel and ring: first install the ring on the barrel. The concave joint required for fixing should be staggered with one positive and one negative configuration, and adjust the thickness of the pad iron, so that the contact between the ring and the concave joint should maintain the corresponding gap, not consistent, and spot weld the bolt head of the concave joint and the barrel body.

4. Install the big gear: check the butt surface interface before installation without any collision marks, clean the contact surface between the big gear and the barrel, then carefully pair the two half gears and tighten the interface bolts, and install the big gear on the barrel. Rotate the barrel and check the radial runout and lateral swing of the big gear until the adjustment is qualified.

5, installation of pinion, reducer, motor: according to the installed big gear, adjust the meshing parameters of the big and small gear and meet the requirements of the equipment, fixed pinion, reducer position of the mechanical and electrical machine.

6, install gear cover, make it and gear edge distance symmetrical.
