1. During normal use,the lubricating oil should be replaced after the fan runs for 72 hours to ensure the normal operation of the fan.

2. When starting the equipment,it should be heated first,and then the fan should be turned on.We can't just heat without turning on the fan.

3. If the heat sink is blocked by foreign matter,it should be cleaned in time, otherwise the heat transfer will be affected.

4. If the screws are found to be loose,they should be tightened in time to avoid affecting the normal use of the equipment.

Steps for usage

The first is preheating, the temperature is generally the lowest in the whole process.

Second, the humidity should not be too fast,and of course the temperature should not be too high

Third, when the humidity is relatively low, that is,close to dry, the temperature should be slightly higher.

Five common problems and solutions

Problem 1:The waistband is loose. Belts may loosen,fall off,or break when wood drying equipment is in use or for extended periods of time.To solve this problem,the solution is very simple,that is, always check whether the switch contacts are in good condition,whether the fuse is burned out,whether the position of the motor is correct,and often replace the belt on the line.

Problem two:noise. Wood drying equipment can suddenly become very noisy.To solve the problem of loud noise,we must consider from many aspects,such as whether the position is unbalanced and whether it is placed evenly;check whether the bearing has lost oil or damaged,if so, replace the bearing; if the fastening bolts of the bearing seat are strengthened and tightened,Not loose.

Problem 3: Brake failure. The brakes of wood dryers often fail,mostly because the brake pads are worn too much,so to solve this problem,just replace the brake pads.

Question 4:The ingredients are on fire.The fire of wood drying equipment may be caused by improper operation of raw materials,so it is recommended that users must be familiar with the operating procedures of wood drying equipment before use,and operate according to requirements.Of course,it is not ruled out that there is a problem with the design of the equipment itself.If there are any problems,we will actively negotiate with the manufacturer to replace or modify the wood drying equipment.
