This 4 deck fully automatic Veneer Dryer machine was purchased by our Romanian customer. It has been installed and is waiting for trial operation. It is equipped with fully automatic veneer feeding and semi-automatic veneer collection devices to save labor costs. The working width is 3.5 meters wide, which is specially customized according to the customer's veneer size. Our engineers went to the customer's factory to guide the installation.

The continuous roller veneer dryer uses a new axial flow fan to reduce the power of the whole machine, save energy and electricity, and the maximum output can reach more than 300 m³/day. It is customized according to your actual situation to provide you with a more suitable veneer drying solution.

Advantages of Veneer Dryer Machine

1.  The well-developed heat exchange system fully improves the energy utilization rate and saves unnecessary energy waste.

2.  The control cabinet has automatic temperature control and speed regulation system, which can accurately control the final moisture content.  Simple operation and low failure rate.

3.  The temperature in the burner is 40-60 ℃ higher than that of the traditional dryer (steam, thermal oil), and the temperature is controlled at 140-180 ℃, which shortens the drying time and increases the output.

4.  After drying, the veneer is smooth, with no cracks, wrinkles, or end ripples.

5.  Shrinkage and hardening are kept to a minimum and veneer collapse and honeycomb structure are avoided.
