Veneer dryer is one of the main equipment in the production process of veneer and plywood, and the drying quality of veneer directly affects the quality of veneer and plywood products. The principle is that the veneer is preheated and dried under the clamping of the upper and lower two coils, and the coil is heated by steam or heat conduction oil to transfer the temperature to the veneer. The high-temperature coil is in direct contact with the wet veneer, the thermal efficiency is high, the heat loss is small, the veneer is heated evenly, and the benign physical process of wood contraction evaporates, so the moisture content of the veneer after drying is uniform, the wood is good color, and the inside and outside are consistent. No cracking, bending, deformation. More suitable for drying poplar bark, pine bark, eucalyptus bark, etc., the use of heat conduction directly heating veneer, drying quality and drying efficiency has been greatly improved.

Drying system

The machine adopts the scientific drying principle, and uses the centrifugal fan to directly inject the hot air in the hot air stove into the upper and lower bellows of the machine. The hot air blows through the nozzle of the upper and lower bellows to the upper and lower sides of the dryer veneer in operation, so that the dryer veneer is heated evenly, so as to play the role of drying.

Transmission system

The planing veneer is fed into the machine by the feed port lengthwise, and the upper and lower rows of rollers are driven by the chain to move relative to each other. The veneer moves forward by the self-pressure of the upper and lower rollers. The veneer passes through the two rollers and the upper and lower air noses at the same time to achieve the effect of drying and ironing, so the veneer dried by the machine is smooth, smooth and without marks.
